Thank you for shopping at Haught. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Free shipping on returns or exchanges is eligible within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt.

Free shipping will only be valid for the first return or exchange associated with the original order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• In the original packaging.
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items:

• Gift cards
• Discounted items
• Items purchased on sale
• Items showing any wear and tear

Process:

1. Email us at returns@haught.co.za to notify us of your return. Please include the following details:

a)        your order number,

b)       the items you wish to return,

c)        the reason for the return, and

d)       If you wish to exchange the item or want a refund.

1.        Where a refund is requested, please further indicate if you would like to receive a credit to your account or refund to your original payment method.

1. We will arrange the collection of the returned item from the original shipping address. Please ensure that all returned items are packed and sealed in the original packaging before pick up.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund as per your chosen refund method (account credit or refund to credit card or other original method of payment). You will receive the credit/refund within the legally specified number of days, depending on your selected refund method and card issuer's policies.

Free returns/exchanges are only valid within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the item. Where a return is requested after 7 days, and the refund is approved, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchanges

If your item is defective, or damaged, or you wish to exchange for size, or an alternative style, you may request an exchange for the same item by emailing us at info@haught.co.za. Please include details of the defect, or damage, or any other reason for the exchange and what you are exchanging for.

Should you wish to exchange for an item that is more expensive than the one being exchanged, you will be liable for payment of the balance before the delivery. Where the exchange is for an item that is less than the original exchanged item, you will be given a credit to your Haught account.
